2008 Induction
There is no denying that hot rods and custom cars have
been around since the earliest days of the automobile. But
it was the rebirth and maturing of car clubs and associations
in the late 60’s and early 70’s that fueled the street rod
movement.
Often the emergence of these groups was due to the ideas
and work of an individual or a small group of people with
similar interests. Such is the case with 2008 Hall Of Fame
inductees, the Pacific International Street Rod Association
(also known by the acronym PISRA), based on the lower
