Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame.  I hope you will find our sponsorship offerings appealing.

As you can see from the attached Sponsorship Opportunities document, there are substantial benefits to sponsoring the Hall of Fame.  Our primary focus is on the hobby and business of street rodding.  However, our promotional activities also give us considerable influence in many related fields, both within and outside the specialty vehicle market.  Many of our current sponsors, and indeed many of our inductees and guests, are active participants in the mainstream automotive market as well as providing specialized products and services to street rodders.

Our annual fall evening gala attracts a large audience of street rodders and their friends and relatives for a cordial and relaxed time of camaraderie and entertainment.  The many door prizes we distribute during the evening are a testament to the eager involvement of multiple donors from the local, and not-so-local communities.  All are formally recognized for their contributions in print, displays and signage throughout the event, as well as in the audio/visual package presented to the audience.

All major sponsors are likewise acknowledged throughout the event as well as during our day to day operations, in all forms of media and in all promotional activities.

It would be our great honour to include your logo with our other valued supporters.

Thanks again for your interest, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

Bob Kurtz

WHO WE ARE

The Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame was created in 1993 to formally recognize the contributions of individuals, clubs, and corporations to street rodding in Canada.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

“To help guide the future of street rodding in Canada by recognizing individuals, groups, and corporations who have made significant contributions to the development and advancement of the hobby and business of Street Rodding in Canada, on a local, regional and national basis.”

NOMINATION CRITERIA

  • You may nominate any individual person, club, or corporation that has been instrumental in developing and promoting street rodding in Canada

  • There is no restriction as to the nationality of candidates

  • Self-nominations will not be accepted

  • Membership by the nominee in any association or organization is not a requirement for the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame

As of 2018, we have inducted 66 individuals, couples, car clubs, street rod associations and companies into the Hall of Fame.  This list includes names from across Canada and even some from the USA.

Each fall we hold an evening gala where we present our latest inductee to a large audience using an audio/visual format.  The inductee receives a beautiful trophy and a custom lapel pin as well as window decals for their vehicle, and their name is inscribed onto our main trophy for posterity.  The evening includes a delicious meal and live Rock-n-Roll entertainment.

The Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame is run by a Steering Committee comprising a volunteer group of eager street rodders, many of whom are also past inductees.  We are funded entirely through the generous support of our sponsors.
We actively solicit nominations for the Hall of Fame from other street rodders.  Each spring, our Selection Committee reviews the nominations and our final selection is decided through a weighted point process.

In our 24 years of operation, the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame has succeeded in highlighting the spectacular accomplishments of people, groups and companies in the hobby and business of street rodding in Canada.  We truly appreciate the support of the street rodding community and related businesses in promoting this very worthwhile enterprise, to raise the profile of the hobby and its surrounding industries, and by association, the Canadian Street Rodding Hall of Fame itself.

Thank you.
